COUPON CODES, DISCOUNT CODES, and GIFT CARDS
+ can i use more than one coupon code when placing an order?
It depends on the coupon codes you are trying to use. Dollars off and percent off coupon codes that apply to any order cannot be stacked or combined. You will see an error or warning message during checkout when you try to do this.
Category-based or product-type coupon codes, however, can be combined. For example, if you have a 15% off code for 3x5 clear stamps and a 25% off coupon code for word dies, you can use them both in one order because each discount will apply to their respective product type and not on the entire order.
You can use a free shipping coupon code with any other coupon code (e.g., $10 off), provided that your sub-total meets the minimum for free shipping. For example, if the free shipping code applies to orders of at least $20 and you also have a $10 discount code, you must put $30 worth of products in your cart. Apply your $10 off code and then apply your free shipping code.
If you have several codes, try putting each one at a time to see which code gives you the most discount.
+ when i typed in a coupon code, why did the instant discount disappear?
Discounts can't be stacked. From time to time, we instantly discount products, giving customers, especially new ones, incentives to shop again. Our instant discounts can be anywhere from 5% to 25%. However, if you have a discount code (e.g., a 20% off code that can be applied to your entire order) and we happen to be running an instant 10% discount sitewide, use your code to get the higher discount. Your entire order will be discounted by 20%.
+ can i use a coupon code, gift card, or prize code to pre-order products or buy kits and bundles or sign up for a subscription?
We process pre-order products, kits, bundles, and subscriptions separately using MoonClerk and/or Paypal so coupon codes, gift cards, and prize codes cannot be applied on these. It's because these products are already heavily discounted and may come with free worldwide shipping.
+ a friend bought me a gift card. will it cover shipping?
Yes, your gift card will cover shipping products found in our main and outlet stores. For example, a $25 gift card will cover a $20 product and $5 shipping to the US. If you have multiple gift cards, you can use them in one order. Gift cards also do not expire.
ORDERING
+ do i have to create an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, if you create an account, you'll be able to track and see your orders, as well as save your shipping and billing information securely. To create an account, click here.
+ i think i made a mistake in my order. how can i correct it?
Whether you ordered more than 1 of a product, left one out, forgot to specify your freebies, or used the wrong coupon code, I'm more than happy to help you out! Simply send an email to stamplorations@gmail.com ASAP and tell me what you need help with. I go through every order personally to ensure everything's okay, and I even go ahead and issue partial refunds if it's pretty obvious that it's what needs to be done.
+ i placed another order before my first order has shipped. will you refund the shipping i paid for my second order?
If your first order hasn't shipped yet, we will refund the shipping you paid on your second order. We will then mail your two orders together. This applies to domestic orders only. For international orders, we may issue a partial refund on shipping you paid for your second order based on the total number and type of items when they are combined.
SHIPPING
+ do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! Orders over $35 ship free anywhere in the US. Free shipping to Canada and the rest of the world applies to orders of at least $50 and $90, respectively. Free shipping automatically kicks in when the minimum for free shipping is met. Mailing list subscribers enjoy lower free shipping minimums. Sign up for our store mailing list here.
+ when does my order ship?
Our current shipping time is 3 to 4 weeks. Read why here. Smaller orders and/or orders that don't include stencils or MDF/chipboard may ship sooner.
+ how will you ship my order?
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
+ will my order come with a tracking number?
All US orders are shipped with a tracking number. International orders, on the other hand, may or may not have tracking information. If your order has a tracking number, you will find the tracking number in the shipping notification email that was sent to you when we shipped your order.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
+ i changed my mind. can i cancel my order?
You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order or if a mailing label has not been generated, whichever comes first, and receive a full refund for qualifying products*. Read our full cancellations/returns/exchanges policy.
+ my order included the wrong item(s). what do i do?
I double-check orders before shipping them out but from time to time, this mama can get so exhausted and end up sending the wrong item(s). When your order does include the wrong item, please email me right away at stamplorations@gmail.com. If the item you ordered is in-stock, I'll mail it right away. If it's out of stock, I'll refund you the cost of the item. No need to send the item back -- please keep it and enjoy!
+ an item i ordered is defective. will you replace it?
Please send an email stamplorations@gmail.com to let us know if you have any issues with a product. Provide a clear description of any defect and photos, if possible. Often dies that don't completely cut aren't really defective -- a simple adjustment to the cutting sandwich, adding a shim, or cutting with the die facing up resolves the problem. For stamps, yellowing is not considered a defect, as this is cosmetic (and we include in the description any yellowing on stamp sets); such stamps are also heavily discounted and not sold full price. We're committed to provide you with a great experience shopping and using our products and we will help resolve any issues you have -- whether it's helping you troubleshoot, sending you a replacement, exchanging for another product of equal or lesser value, or issuing a refund.
MISCELLANEOUS
+ do you give price breaks or deep discounts?
Yes! If you have a crafting group or hold workshops (whether in-person or virtual) and you'd like your participants to use our products, you can place a bulk order for your group and take advantage of discounts of up to 50%. Send an email to stamplorations@gmail.com and let me know what you need.
+ would you sponsor my [challenge blog/blog hop/online event]?
I love sponsoring challenge blogs, blog hops, and online events (IG hops, video hops, etc.). However, I'm pretty selective with the challenge blogs and events I sponsor. Send an email to stamplorations@gmail.com with your sponsorship request. Include information about your challenge blog and/or event and I'll see if STAMPlorations can be a sponsor (or be one of your sponsors). For challenge blogs, I'm happy to provide free products to design team members on a limited capacity. Due to the high cost of mailing overseas, tangible products will be provided only to US-based design team members. For all others, digital stamps will be provided.
+ i have a product/design idea. would you be interested in producing it?
It depends on the product. At the moment, I am not looking to add clear stamp designers. However, if you have an idea for thin metal dies, stencils, and/or paper goods (card fronts, ATCs, ephemera), I'd love to hear about it. Send a short proposal to stamplorations@gmail.com. For thin metal dies, send at least 3 design ideas. For stencils, it's best to have at least 6 designs. For paper goods, send at least 3 design ideas. In order to move forward, you need to be able to work with our templates and you must be willing to work with minimum supervision. (Hint: I won't be able to help you convert your hand-drawn designs into vectors; you'll need to figure that out for yourself. There's plenty of videos you can watch to help you with this.)

Thank you for your interest in joining my design team. I currently have 20 permanent design team members so I'm not looking to add new members at this time. I'm proud to say the ladies in my design team have been with STAMPlorations for at least two years, and several for about 7 years now. That said, I'm always on the lookout for guest designers and you can fill out an application here.
+ do you have publication incentives?
Yes, we do! If you used STAMPlorations products and your work is published in a print magazine, you could receive between $10 and $25 in the form of store credit/gift code. If STAMPlorations products are prominently featured/used in your project and STAMPlorations is mentioned in the list of products used, you will receive a $25 code to use on the store. If our product(s) play secondary/minor role in your project (for example, a small sentiment or image), you will receive a $10 code. There is a limit of one incentive per quarter per designer. To claim an incentive, please email a scanned copy of the page where your project is published to stamplorations@gmail.com. Include the name of the publication and date when your work is published in your email. Your work must have been published within the last 6 months.
